Project Description

Hey guys, I am looking for someone who can help me understand the basics of fitness and dieting. I am generally considered as “in-shape” but I gained some weight this past year and would like to shed a few pounds. 

I never really paid attention to my weight before, would occasionally go jogging for a few days in a row to lose some weight, but as years passed by, this strategy slowly became less and less effective. I am now looking at all these different dieting strategies online – from keto to vegan and so on – and it feels so sophisticated and intense I am not sure it is the right fit for me. I also use different apps for exercising at home, but it feels like I am randomly doing exercises rather than doing something that really fits my needs. 

Can somebody shed some light on all this?
