Project Description

A friend of mine recently gave me a book on meditation techniques as I have been going through a lot of stress at work. I started to follow the instructions and would spend 10-15 minutes each day meditating and trying to practice mindfulness. However, my mind is wandering around a lot and I find it impossible to focus on myself. I also tried to do yoga and breathing techniques, but nothing seems to work. I would like to have a mentor who could guide me in finding a working method that fits me, as it seems nothing that I’ve tried so far actually helped relieved my daily stress.
